By using our website and any purchase by you on this web site, you agree to be bound by bead-amazed.co.uk Terms and Conditions and are governed by English Law. Bead-Amazed reserve the right to amend the contents and terms and conditions at any time without notice.

Bead-amazed.co.uk has made every effort to display the goods as accuratley as possible. All sizes and measurements are an approximate and provided for guidance only. However, colours and images vary on different monitors and also vary on browser settings.

Bead-Amazed reserves the right to refuse services to any customer prior to the acceptance of any order without any prior notification.

In the unlikely event of the product price being incorrectly displayed on this web site, the normal price will be applicable.

Any display material appearing on the website such as busts and stands, are not included with the goods.

The colour and designs of gift boxes and wrapping may vary and are subject to availability.

The acceptance of the contract is formed by authorisaion of transaction and payment confirmed by receipt. If your order is accepted, we shall inform you by email or telephone.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.



Delivery:

We aim to deliver all goods from stock within 48 hours of receiving your order. However, goods will be delayed if the items are not in stock and/ or if they are unavailable.

Unless otherwise agreed, all goods are shipped by first class post.

All orders upto £10 are charged £2.95, over £10 delivery is free.

Payment:

Online payments are authorised using the payment processing gateway with Paypal Ltd.

Cheques/ postal orders are also accepted.

Returns Policy:

In the unlikely event that you receive goods that are damaged, damaged in transit or if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the goods within seven days of receipt of goods for either exchange of refund.

Please email sales@bead-amazed.co.uk stating the reason for return, order reference number, product code and your contact details.

We can only refund the money paid for the products that are returned to us in the original and unused condition in the original box. The tags must be unbroken and still attached to the goods .



PLEASE NOTE:

For Health and Safety reasons we are unable to accept any returns on Pierced Earrings (including necklace sets).

MP3 Sunglasses: No refunds will be considered once the protective lens coating has been removed.

Bead-Amazed cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to your mobile telephone device. If you have any doubts about the suitability of the Bluetooth Sunglasses, please ensure you take this product to your local 'network' dealership for help in connectivity.


Refunds or exchanges will only be processed once the items have been received by us. We recommend that you obtain a proof of posting from the Post Office and consider insuring your parcel as we are unable to compensate for items that are damaged or mislaid in transit.

Returns take approx seven days to be processed. The refund amount will be the full amount paid less the cost of delivery.

All postage back to Bead-Amazed is paid for by the customer.

Returns after seven days are at the discretion of Bead-Amazed.

All Credit/ Debit card information provided on telephone/ mail orders is destroyed on site once the goods have been despatched.
